Every order placed through our shop is baked fresh, specifically for you. Nothing sits in a display case or on a warehouse shelf. Your cookies are made after your order is confirmed.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns on perishable baked goods. All sales are final once baking has begun. This is not a policy we take lightly. It is a consequence of the freshness we refuse to compromise on.
That said, we stand fully behind the quality of every item we send. If something is wrong, we will make it right. See the sections below.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Within that window, baking has not yet begun and we can accommodate the change without issue.
After 24 hours, we may have already sourced ingredients or started production for your order, and cancellations cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly, especially for large or custom orders, where prep begins earlier.
To cancel within the 24-hour window, email us at hello@archyscookies.com with your order reference number. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund promptly.

If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains items that are different from what you ordered, we want to know immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@archyscookies.com with your order reference and photographs of the issue. Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items help us resolve things quickly and improve our packaging.
We will make it right, either with a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion based on the situation. We do not ask customers to jump through hoops when something is genuinely our fault.

We stand behind every cookie we bake. If the quality does not meet your expectations (texture, freshness, flavor), reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work something out.
We do not ask for a lengthy explanation or proof that something was wrong with the taste. A short message describing the issue is enough for us to take it seriously.
Our reputation is built batch by batch. If you're not happy, that matters to us.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method you used at checkout. We initiate refunds through Stripe as soon as your request is approved.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds will appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days. That timeline is set by your financial institution, not by us. We process the refund on our end immediately upon approval.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
