Every order is baked fresh and packed with care. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your cookies are ready.

All orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice before your requested pickup or dropoff date. This is the time needed to source ingredients and bake your order fresh. We do not keep a pre-baked inventory.
For large orders (over 3 dozen), custom decorated cookies, or orders placed around holidays, we recommend ordering at least 5 to 7 days in advance. Capacity is limited during peak periods and we cannot always accommodate last-minute requests.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. If there is any issue with your requested date, we will reach out directly.

Pickup is available from our home kitchen in Maplewood. After placing your order, we will confirm a specific pickup time that works for both parties.
Pickup is free of charge. Please arrive within 30 minutes of your agreed pickup time. Cookies are best fresh and we time our baking accordingly.

We can arrange to meet you at a convenient location within Maplewood and surrounding areas. Dropoff availability depends on order size and distance. We will confirm the details when we follow up on your order.
A small fee may apply depending on your location. This will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed, and you are under no obligation to proceed if the fee does not work for you.
Please coordinate your dropoff time and location with us directly before placing your order so we can make sure it works for both sides.

All orders are for in-person collection only. We do not ship or deliver through a carrier service. Before placing your order, please reach out to confirm a pickup or dropoff time and location that works.
This ensures your cookies are baked at the right time and ready when you arrive. Orders placed without a confirmed collection plan may need to be rescheduled.
